It’s not that I love the below commercial for Friskies so much, it’s that I love that there was a whole article about a cat food commercial in the New York Times.
It’s because cats control the media.

What can I say about a video that features Rue McClanahan of the Golden Girls and cats? Aside from the fact that it’s awesome?
And I here thought Betty White was the only golden girl who loved animals.

There’s something strangely mesmerizing about this video of one cat massaging another cat:
Here is what does it for me about this video:
1. the totally relaxed expression on the face of the receiving cat
2. the neck nuzzle when the cat changes positions
3. the fact that the receiving cat has raccoon eyes
I wonder if there was a happy ending . . .

This video gets truly adorable for me around 1:40, but the whole thing is awesome.
Kittens getting romantic! Is there anything cuter?

Earlier today, we watched cats and fish. Now we shall watch cats and meat.
It’s strangely zen if you watch it with the sound off, and strangely creepy if you leave the sound on.

This morning, the Fuzzkill sent me a link to the best game show ever: a Japanese cat weightlifting game show!

But no, it’s not what you’d think. The cats aren’t lifting weights–they’re lifting fish!
Oh Japan, your relationship with cats is so cute and cuddly and bizarre. I love you.

Two cats reenact the story of Frankenstein . . .
So, this video is kinda cute, but the best thing about it is that the doctor is played by “Sgt. Marshmallow.”
