Today I was thrilled to discover the existence of the Cat Writers’ Association. Finally, a way to enhance my professional development as a purveyor of cat news! But then I discovered, upon reading their membership guidelines, that blogs don’t count. WTF, Cat Writers’ Association? If I wrote a book about a cat detective, I’d be in, but compiling news about actual cats isn’t good enough for you? I’m steamed.
This is an abomination. you should write them a letter.
Screw the letter. Let’s start a flame war! Seriously. Or maybe you could self-publish the blog on Lulu or whatever. Would that count?
